Light Sensitive Children
Today many children are being born with special gifts. Some are creative, some are business minded, some good with a gift for science, and others are energetically sensitive or spiritually gifted. Regardless of their unique abilities they tend to be wise beyond their years....Often thinking from a space of US rather than ME...
We always recognize when a child is gifted in areas that are tangible to the human senses, such as art, science, music and so forth. With the energetically sensitive children however this may not be as easy to recognize, especially if the care takers are not as sensitive. As a result these children often go through their life not knowing or understanding what their abilities are. Sometimes they may feel alone, ashamed, or afraid of their experiences. They can be perceived as challenging by adults, and they may feel misunderstood by people around them. Because of the nature of their design, and their ability to experience another realm of reality, they are often incredibly sensitive to their surroundings. Therefore it is vital for them to be raised in a loving, nurturing home were they feel supported and unconditionally loved at all times. It is also equally important to find a mentor and other children with similar experiences, so that they feel supported and can explore their gifts.
How does one recognize these children? The following is a list of experiences that your child may have. If you answer yes to any of them, then there is a good chance that the child is energetically sensitive/spiritually gifted....
- A strong awareness of something that is beyond their age
- Deep desire to heal, soothe other beings
- Scared of the dark
- Drawing symbols and/or moving their hands like a little shaman in a room or on a person's body
- Reports of visitors- invisible friends, other beings, spirits, angels...
- Every so often placing their hand on a specific part of their body (this can be in a form of rubbing or held still)
- Spacey- There is a glaze over his/her eyes, he/she is not fully present
- Reports of seeing colors around people, animals or plants
- Your emotional state has a direct effect on their emotional state
- Empathic- Knows how other beings are feeling, without being told
- When they are woken up in the middle of night accidentally they react intensely as if they are caught somewhere
- Telepathic- Knows what others are thinking, without being told
- Communicates with plants and or animals
-When you are angry and are yelling at someone else, they sit close to you maybe rubbing your back or your knee repeatedly
- Knowledge of future- knowing, hearing, seeing
- Knows what someone else is doing when they are not around them
